This video details the methods for brewing beer with dry malt extract (DME). DME is simply a dry sugar form of the good stuff extracted from grains used in brewing. For instance, most beer is brewed from a malted barley or malted wheat.
Using DME saves the brewer a lot of time and effort in the brewing process. It’s as simple as dissolving the DME sugar in bowling water, adding hops, and then cooling the wort to start fermentation. You’ll also need some yeast, of course.
