Here are three simple tips to build bigger better biceps.
First, control your body movement. Don’t swing your body back and forth. You must be able to control the movement of your weight and body to maximize the benefit of your movement. With hypertrophy, you are trying to stimulate muscle growth by isolating a muscle group and pushing it to exhaustion.
Second, use the negative side of the movement and control your weights on the way down. Pulling the weight up is only half of the compound movement. The other have is releasing the weight down.
Third, supinate your palms outward and use a different lifting motion. This will give a different area of your biceps the emphasis and stimulate a different cell group for growth.
